For the conduct of the 2022 National Elections, the Philippine Consulate General in Nagoya will conduct the Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) provided by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) on:
07 April 2022, Thursday,2:00 PM onwards

However, in case the VCMs are received by the Consulate later than 06 April 2022, the schedule of the FTS shall be moved accordingly, and interested participants shall be informed immediately.
All candidates, registered political parties, coalition of political parties, associations or organizations participating in the party-list system of representatives, and other interested parties are hereby notified to observe the FTS..

In view of the limited numberofslots available, the Consulate shall process requests on a first come, first served basis, and inform the applicant/s via email.
