PROCESS FOR REQUESTING ASSISTANCE FROM THE ATN SECTION
PROSESO SA PAGHINGI NG TULONG MULA SA ATN SECTION
 
The ATN Section provides assistance to Filipino nationals in distress. While no prior appointment is needed to avail of the Section’s services, it is advised that an email be sent first to This email address is being protected from spambots. Ang ATN Section ay nagbibigay tulong sa mga Pilipinong nasa gipit na kalagayan. Bagama’t hindi kailangan ng appointment upang mabigyan ng serbisyo, ipinapayo na sumulat muna sa This email address is being protected from spambots. Ang ATN Section ay matatagpuan sa pangalawang palapag ng Konsulado.
 
PROSESO SA PAGHINGI NG TULONG
STEP 1
  • Get a Request for Assistance Form (RAF) at the ATN Window.
  • Completely fill out the RAF. This process may take five (5) minutes).
  • Kumuha ng Request for Assistance Form (RAF) sa ATN Window.
  • Punan nang buo ang RAF. Maaaring matapos ang prosesong ito sa limang (5) minuto.
STEP 2
  • Submit the completed RAF at the ATN Window.
You may be interviewed and requested to provide more details about your concerns.  This process may take 20 minutes or longer, depending on your case.
  • Isumite ang sinagutang RAF sa ATN Window.
Maaari kayong tanungin at hingan ng karagdagang detalye tungkol sa inyong mga suliranin. Ang prosesong ito ay maaaring tumagal ng 20 minutos o humigit, depende sa inyong suliranin. 
STEP 3
  • You will be advised on the actions to be taken by the ATN Section with regard to your concerns. Follow-through actions and coordination may be needed until the resolution of your case.
ATN services are provided free of charge.
  • Kayo ay bibigyan abiso kung ano ang mga hakbang na gagawin ng ATN Section tungkol sa inyong suliranin. Maaaring may mga karagdagang hakbang at pakikipag-ugnayan na gagawin hanggang maresolba ang inyong kaso.
Walang babayaran sa mga serbisyo ng ATN.
