25 August 2023 - In his welcome remarks, Vice Consul Jericson H. Arceo expressed his appreciation to everyone in attendance for joining the celebration of the Kadayawan Festival held at Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture on 20 August 2023.

Vice Consul Arceo encouraged everyone to continue supporting all Filipino businesses, products, cultural events, programs and similar activities, including the "Pasko sa Nagoya" to be held in December 2023. He also thanked Minokamo City Mayor Fujii Hiroto for his regard of and support to the Filipino Community and developing the necessary programs to help the Filipino youths.
