Nagoya PCG Conducts ATN and Consular Outreach in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture

The Consulate General of the Philippines in Nagoya conducted an outreach in Matsumoto City on 30 October 2023, with the assistance of Filipino community leaders and members of the Nagano Filipino Community, Nanshi Nagano FilCom, and Niigata Philippine Society.

The Consulate’s team provided various services such as Assistance to Nationals (ATN), passport, notarials, civil registration, and Overseas Voting (OV) registration to Filipinos in Nagano and other neighboring prefectures.

The outreach was the first to be held in Nagano Prefecture since the Consulate General of the Philippines in Nagoya opened in December 2019.

A total of 57 individuals benefited from the outreach program.
