A consular outreach mission was successfully held on 17 September in the city of Hamamatsu, Shizuoka prefecture.

An initiative of Consul General Roy Ecraela, it is Nagoya PCG’s first consular outreach mission since its establishment in 2019.

Over 200 applicants were served during the day-long event held at the Hamamatsu Foundation for International Communication and Exchange (HICE), which graciously provided the venue gratis.

DCG Jerome Castro led the 10-strong team which processed 138 passports and 75 civil registration and notarial applications.

Overseas Voting headed by Consul Fernando Beup processed 60 OV registrations. END
