Join us for the Panel B: Southeast Asia Views the Quincentennial of the Inaugural Session of the Philippine International Quincentennial Conference. This conference is an official program of the 2021 Quincentennial Commemorations in the Philippines and is in solidarity with the Year of Filpino Pre-Colonial Ancestors. The National Quincentennial Committee, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the National Historical Commission of the Philippines serves as conveners for this session.
Joining us for this panel are Dato Seri Dr. Md Salleh Yaapar of the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Dr. Dr. Piemsak Hongjamrassilp of Thammasat University, Dr. Rommel A. Curaming of the University of Brunei Darussalam, and Dr. Andi Achdian, President of the Indonesian Historical Society. This panel is moderated by Assistant Secretary Eduardo Martin R. Meñez of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
