For Panel A | Filipinocentrism in Space, Dr. Roderick Javar and Prof. Ruben Jeffrey Asuncion of the University of the Philippines Los Baños, Ian Christopher Alfonso of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, Dr. Neil Martial Santillan of the University of the Philippines Diliman, and Prof. Ruchie Mark Pototanon of the University of the Philippines Visayas will explore the central elements of the Filipino in our place names. Mr. Jervy Briones of the UPLB DSS will moderate the panel.

Session 5 is convened by the University of the Philippines Los Baños Department of Social Sciences.
