Apply for a 9(a) Visa Online Starting 01 January 2022

Starting 01 January 2022, the Consulate General of the Philippines will accept only the visa applications for 9(a) or temporary visitor's visa filed through the Online Visa Appointment System (OVAS).  All other types of visa applications have to be filed by email to the Consulate.

Applicants for 9(a) visa may access OVAS by clicking the link here, or the "Visa" icon in the home page of the Consulate General of the Philippines in Nagoya.
